TECHNOLOGY FOR ENTERPRISE SAAS

[ Overview ]

A SaaS business is only as strong as its platform. Customers expect reliability, strong security and steady feature delivery, while the company needs predictable infrastructure cost, clean onboarding and billing that matches its plans. Early architecture decisions shape all of this for years.

Netstatic Solutions helps founders and enterprises design, build and evolve SaaS products. We deliver multi-tenant back ends, admin consoles, subscription and usage billing, single sign-on, APIs and customer-facing apps, with a focus on maintainable code, automated testing and repeatable releases.

We choose architecture to fit your stage rather than defaulting to complexity. A well-structured modular application often beats premature microservices, and we introduce service boundaries where scale or team structure demands them, guided by security practices aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 expectations.

INDUSTRY CHALLENGES

[ The Problem ]

[01]

Tenant isolation and security

Customer data must stay separated and permissions precise, since a single isolation flaw in a shared system can expose one client's data to another.

[02]

Complex billing models

Plans, seats, usage metering, trials, proration and taxes interact in subtle ways, and billing errors quickly erode customer trust.

[03]

Scaling without rewrites

Systems built quickly for a first customer struggle under growth, and late rewrites consume months that could have shipped features.

[04]

Enterprise readiness demands

Larger buyers ask for SSO, audit logs, data export, uptime commitments and security reviews that early products often lack.

WHAT WE BUILD

[ Our Approach ]

[01]

Multi-tenant architecture

Tenant-aware data models, isolation strategies, per-tenant configuration and safe migrations, chosen to match your security needs, customer size and expected growth profile and documented clearly for your team.

[02]

Subscription and usage billing

Integration with providers such as Stripe or Razorpay for plans, trials, metered usage, invoices and dunning, with webhook handling and reconciliation to keep entitlements accurate.

[03]

Identity and access management

Role-based and attribute-based permissions, SSO through SAML or OIDC, multi-factor authentication and audit logs, which are standard asks in enterprise security questionnaires and documented clearly for your team.

[04]

Cloud-native microservices

Containerised services, queues and APIs deployed through CI/CD pipelines, introduced where independent scaling or team ownership justifies the additional operational complexity and documented clearly for your team.

[05]

Admin and analytics consoles

Internal tools for support, tenant management and product analytics, giving customer success and operations teams the visibility they need without engineering involvement and documented clearly for your team.

[06]

AI features for SaaS

Embedded assistants, document extraction, summarisation and forecasting added to existing products, with tenant-scoped data handling and clear controls over what customer data is used and documented clearly for your team.

USE CASES

[ In Practice ]

[01]

New SaaS product from scratch

A founding team builds a multi-tenant MVP with billing and onboarding, structured to grow without a rewrite.

[02]

Legacy app to SaaS

A company converts a single-customer desktop application into a hosted multi-tenant web product.

[03]

Enterprise SSO and audit trail

A SaaS vendor adds SAML login and exportable audit logs to pass larger customers' security reviews.

[04]

Usage-based pricing rollout

A platform meters API calls per tenant and bills customers according to consumption tiers.

COMMON QUESTIONS

[ FAQ ]

Should we start with microservices?
Usually not. A modular monolith is faster to build and easier to operate for early-stage products. We design clean boundaries so services can be split out later when scale, team size or reliability needs make the extra complexity worthwhile.
How do you isolate data between tenants?
Options include shared tables with tenant keys and row-level security, separate schemas, or separate databases. We recommend one based on your customers' security expectations, scale and cost, and we test isolation explicitly as part of delivery.
Can you add billing to our existing product?
Yes. We integrate subscription providers, map plans to feature entitlements, handle webhooks and failed payments, and build invoicing views. We take care with edge cases such as upgrades, downgrades, proration and taxes that commonly cause errors.
Will you help us prepare for SOC 2 or security reviews?
We build the technical controls that support them, such as access management, logging, encryption and change control. Certification itself requires an independent auditor and organisational processes, which we can help you prepare for but cannot grant.
