1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website and digital resources operated by Netstatic Solutions, or engaging in enterprise technology contracts with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable technical service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Professional Engineering Services
Netstatic Solutions delivers specialized digital engineering, artificial intelligence integration, full-stack web and mobile application development, and cloud microservices architecture. Detailed delivery timelines, scope definitions, and deliverables are governed by individual client Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon settlement of contractual fees, all customized software code, architectural designs, and proprietary applications built for a specific client become the intellectual property of said client, subject to the licensing terms defined in the project agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Netstatic Solutions designs resilient systems adhering to high industry benchmarks. However, in no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party vendor outages, cloud provider disruptions, or client-side modifications.
5. Jurisdiction & Contact
